Ingredients:
-Tomatoes 3
-eggplant 1
-Dill/parsley 30g
-Walnuts 60g
-Onion 0.5g
-Pepper powder 2tbsp
-Sunflower oil 2tbsp
-garlic 1
-Citric acid
- Lettuce leaves

Preparation:
1. Cut the eggplant
2.Add salt
3.Add paprika powder
4.Add sunflower oil
5.In the oven at 180 degrees for 30min
6.Cut tomatoes
7. Chop the dill/parsley
8.Cut the onion
9.Add walnuts
10.Add garlic
11.Add citric acid
12.Add sunflower oil
13. Decorate with lettuce leaves
