Il cafe is such a strong pod so I was surprised you used it as it has Vietnamese coffee notes. So perhaps that’s why it’s stronger ? I would have expected more of a milky consistency like bianco leggero

Whenever I use chocolate I always like to use stronger pods to combat the sweetness. Bianco Leggero does not hold up well to chocolates; In my opinion 💕

Thanks for sharing! I’m sugar free and I’ve never been able to find a sugar free marshmallow I like the taste of so I wonder if this would work with some pumps of my Da’Vinci toasted marshmallow syrup? I can’t wait for the chestnut praline recipe, it’s my fave!

@@maisonmalli They have them max mallows and La Nouba make them and they are available on Amazon! I just ordered some awhile ago! I’m just hoping they toast like the real thing being that they use artificial sweeteners and not sugar! I will keep you posted! The Da’Vinci sf toasted marshmallow syrup is pretty good in coffee but by itself also has an aftertaste but it’s ok combined with other syrups, so I think I’m going to wait on the marshmallows

Our starbucks cannot make a latte. I got one for my birthday and tossed it out undrinkable no foam or espresso kick/flavor. They can't compare to Nepresso when it comes to espresso part of the drink...this looked like a fun drink. I buy large marshmallow and allow them to dry out in the air that way they toast easy. Keep the fancy drinks coming!!!
