Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.

Chocolate fudge cakes weren't really a big thing in the UK for a LONG time. Our chocolate cakes are good but lighter, fluffier sponge and more buttercream than ganache, mousse and truffle. It seems to be slooowly changing to include these styles of options and I am DESPERATE to try a good one. Speaking as a dark chocolate fiend who is all about truffley, moussey, ganachey fillings and frostings with a tooth and palate as rich as Croesus ("too rich" does not exist for me), this video was simultaneous joy and jealousy.

all of cheesecake factory's menu items are huge including their desserts, which are big enough to comfortably feed at least 3 people (no one person should eat that solo) so from a sharing standpoint, it is definitely a bargain to buy any of their desserts

We haven’t done a real challenge in quite some time - this amount of food doesn’t phase us in terms of volume. We both are currently sitting around 10-11 pound capacities but are just enjoying making fun and informative videos rather than testing our limits. So, although it may seem crazy to the average person, we feel fine standing up after something like this 😅

I have had the cake at Longhorns and it is the best chocolate cake I have ever had except for a chocolate cake I had at a steakhouse in Atmore Alabama at the Fire restaurant in wind Creek casino

Oh, boys, you must have felt so sick at the end of this! I'm like you in that I prefer a vanilla dish over chocolate. After a meal, chocolate cake for dessert is just usally way too heavy and rich. However, Cheesecake Factory has my heart as the first restaurant I visited when we moved to the States and now it's like my comfort food haven. LOL. I've never been to Longhorn Steakhouse, but that chocolate stampede did look pretty yummy. But I'd have to skip the main and go straight to dessert. :) Thanks for the comparison. Go detox now! LOL

Luckily this amount of food is a walk in the park for us 😁 The food challenge days of trying to eat 2-3 times this amount of food is really coming in handy for doing these fun and informative videos now I guess 😆 We SO relate to that “Skipping the main and going straight for dessert” tactic! “Did you say chocolate?” If anyone gets that reference hit the like 😂 I’ve never been to Longhorn before but now I have a reason to just for the cake thanks! Used to eat out at Chilis all the time think it was a phase and would always order the molten lava cake totally agree though without the icecream I would subtract some points because it doesn’t fully satisfy the chocolate craving! Hope you both are surviving this Christmas holiday can’t wait to see what you guys decide to eat 🎄 🍫
