As someone with a child with a terminal illness-I am always in awe of friends, sometimes neighbors, who take the initiative and fight for families in trauma. Some of us want to get out there and fight, some of us are just too tired. Thanks to all three of you for keeping the torch lit for Robert. ❤❤

This is going to be great. I followed the Robert Wone case and then learned you knew Robert when I came to your channel through Dan Markel murder case. Looking forward to it.

Thank you for your interest in Robert's case. Can't believe it's been 18 years.

Still believe his friends drugged him murdered him maybe he fought back then they showered off his body and put him back in the bed

It took nearly that long to get Denise Williams, so there's always hope. @aalegalfocus

There weren't any defensive wounds or indicators of a struggle; that's why it's believed that Robert had been drugged with a paralytic.

Thank you! Steve from STS told me Robert Wone's case was discussed at CrimeCon and the prosecutor spoke. Glad people are still talking about Robert's case.

Judy, so glad you will be discussing this case. I remember it very well. Lived in the area. There’s something, or things, missing. It just doesn’t add up. Never did. Poor police work? Hope you can find some answers.

I'm so glad you are bringing attention to Robert Wones case Judy, the first I heard of his murder was through your site. He deserves justice and I do believe the people where he was staying are responsible. How they have never been held accountable is beyond me. Absolutely heartbreaking and totally senseless.

Thanks for caring about justice for Robert too.

Judy saying... but does anyone out there think the race card has been played just like the OJ card was played? ohh, you know the discrimination OJ received? And the way they all were treated? I'm white and picked up on that right away Any thoughts about this? and Stephan Smith being ran over and left to rot in the middle of a long stretch of highway. Discrimination? All of them deserve justice

Could be. If those guys were poor and Black, they probably would be in prison.
@hughhaefner33172 ай бұрын
It could be a hate crime because he's a minority. He deserves justice. That's not gonna bring him back, but justice will be served. RIP Mr. Wong. Spelling check there.

So glad I got to watch the beginning that I missed. Good for you Judy for putting this video out again, and glad you and your guests are keeping the light on this case. This is so sad and so much time has gone by, will we ever see anyone held accountable?

There are so many evil forces in this case, but I reserve my contempt specifically for The Judge who ruled in favor of the defense. She's responsible for Robert not receiving the justice he deserved. Shame on her! Btw, great interview, Judy!

Judy, I listened to a panel at Crime Con about this case. What a weird story, and it seemed so obvious to be one (or more?) of the guys in the house. Judy, I’m sorry for your loss because I know he was a friend of yours.

I would love to see the evidence in this case? Was it ever released? I am kind of fuzzy on whether or not this went to trial. I want to know how the blood evidence on Robert was so clean? It doesn’t make any sense?
@aalegalfocus2 ай бұрын
There was a trial in 2010, where the 3 guys were charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy. Joe was also charged with tampering with evidence iirc. Judge Leibovitz found them not guilty.
