kayo is not time traveller he is from different time line where reyna starts radiants vs human war and after kayo defeats reyna he came to our timeline to stop reyna

Technically he's both. He is from an alternate dimension. But that alternate dimension is in the future. So he's both a dimension traveller and a time traveller.
