Sorry for commenting so much, it is weird approaching the end of the rebuilding era. For so long we’ve been developing guys and hoping for the best, and it’s a strange feeling to know that most likely some of them are about to be jettisoned into a worse situation for the betterment of the team. When we traded DJ and Derrick I knew they were going to a better situation (especially Derrick, I know he was gonna do great in Boston), but now it could be Devin or Sochan or whoever going to Sacramento, just to give an example. Imagine being a core part of the up and coming team only to get sent off to a non playoff team right before you reach that long-standing goal. I guess that’s what the moneys for, but I will feel sad to see these players leave. (Glad Keldon and Devin got paid)

On the topic of rotations, this is info gathering time. I do think we need a backup center we can trust. I do wonder about Castle being worse on the bench. I do wonder if switching Castle and Vassell makes some sense. I do think Sochan is showing his value and how well he can play off Wemby. It would have to be a pretty big fish to trade Sochan away.

I'd hate to see Sochan traded. He's having his best season by far, his efficiency is up on last year and he's taking less 3's. He's beginning to build a good partnership with 👽 and is key to getting rebounds. Plus we'd all miss his free throws
