So wrong. He didn't MAKE Allen, but he developed Allen. Allen was indisputably the least accurate QB during 2018 and 2019, a QB with so much physical talent who needed to be groomed by the right offensive coach. Daboll enhanced him over a 4 year period. Go back and watch, unless you just want to spew lazy takes instead of factual observations.

Alac Halaby( asst GM Philly), Joe Hortiz (Sr. director player relations w/Ravens). Adam Peters (asst GM, SF 49ers). That's roughly a handful of very successful people probably foaming at the mouth to have the opportunity to be a GM somewhere in the NFL. There are many, many more. What else you got?

Why is Rich, or anyone else, convinced that Brian Daboll is worthy of having a job? He's done nothing. Josh Allen is gonna be MVP this year without him while he chased his QB out of town. He's achieved nothing. His teams have quit on him and his defensive coordinator quit in a huff because he hated working with him. Why would anyone employ this guy?

Some people simply aren't meant to be HC. Period. They are great coordinators but just don't have it to oversee the entire thing instead of only one particular side of the ball. Right now Brian looks to be exactly that: a great ccordinator but just not HC material. After 48 games he has a paltry winning percentage of .365! What else do you need to know?

@@masterofallgoons Well, I am since he really helped develop Josh Allen and we had some great seasons with him calling plays and some parts of his offense still exist today allthough tweaked by Joe Brady. But I am not convinced Joe Schoen is a decent GM and that the pairing Schoen/Daboll was such a great idea in the first place. If Daboll were a decent HC he would have brought in a competent OC and let him call plays while he runs the entire team - which good HC's do.

Regarding the drones, it is an FAA violation to fly a drone at night.

As of April 2021, the FAA allows drone pilots to fly at night without a waiver as long as they: Have completed the updated Part 107 Remote Pilot Test or the online recurrent training that includes night flying requirements. Equip the drone with anti-collision lighting that is visible for at least 3 statute miles and has a sufficient flash rate to avoid collisions.

I'm done with the overturn every 3 years. Give these guy a chance to truly start over, although I'm not sure there is a franchse QB in this draft. If anything, do what Gettleman did not the year he took Jones: trade down. Also, go out and get a vet QB on 1-2 yr deal to keep the seat warm in 2025. I mean, I've grown used to losing, so why not another season?

@@wavnino1 Thanks. I am concerned about the optics of how secure these guys will appear to be to any new coordinators and assistants they want to bring on board. If anything, that might be a reason to let Daboll go. I mean, the regression from last year to this one is quite disturbing. It would be hard to envision him not being on thin ice entering 2025. That's why a competent QB next season is paramount. Perhaps Kirk Cousins will be the guy to go after, I hear if he's dealt, his contract will only be $28 mil/yr. That's low compared to other starting QB's around the league.

Brian Daboll didn't make dick with Daniel Jones. Here's a guy who was a former offensive coordinator with a top tier NFL team but yet yields the most anemic offense in the NFL as a head coach. His consistent bad play calls on 4th and 1 to go for it in limited red zone chances with the worst offensive line, no running game and a mediocre receiving core is atrocious and abysmal. Get the 3 points! Give the team something to cheer for instead of getting stopped and turning the ball over with nothing to show for it. The fact that he was in the circle that allowed Saquon to leave to their divisional rival and nothing back in return just goes to show the level of incompetence this organization has become. Schoen and Daboll among others are destroying this organization from within for some time.

This is a stupid stat. Giants went 1991-2006 without a title. Then went 2012-present That is 15 years and 12 years between titles. Travis Hunter, the number 6 receiver THIS YEAR? And not even in the top 100 receivers all time? And yes, he is a decent DB, playing an uninspired schedule. And as a DB, 8th in passes defended, 18th in interceptions. He is a very good player, but not a magnificent talent on either side of the ball. Jeanty also has a mediocre schedule, but he is the #1 rusher this year, and the #4 single season runner of all time. And it is probable that if Deion Sanders is not the coach, we hear very little about Hunter. I do hear that he is projected to go in the top 5 of the draft, but I have doubts that he will be all that in the NFL. Will revisit in a year, and will either crow or eat crow on this post.

In 2022, it was Gentleman's players, Wink dialing up the D, Barkley's running and Kafka calling the plays. Since that time, it's a dumpster fire. They could've drafted a QB and the players they did draft, the track record is not good. Daboll's mishandled the staff and it's terrible. 2022 record (9-7-1 and 4-7-1 Conf) beat a terrible Viking team and smoked by Eagles in Playoffs 2023 record (6-11 and 5-7 Conf) - no post season. Forced Wink out and let #26 leave 2024 record (2-12, 0-8 at home and 0-5 Conf) - eliminated from post season on Thanksgiving
