I thought this was moments? Dictionary says a moment is a very brief period of time. Showing the smother from Heath Shaw is a moment. But Showing Careys goals from 2 separate years is many many moments. Think you need to rethink the concept for these videos. And Jarman as number 1...........not convinced.

Jarman’s was a great quarter of ‘moments’ though none individually remarkable enough to be in the top 10. As for Carey’s compilation, ridiculous to even be considered on this list

As a Collingwood supporter I Sheed’s goal is up there definitely for me. But I think Nick Davis’ 4 last quarter goals is the best finals moment for me (Probably biased In a way). It was just so good how he put the team on his shoulders, slotted great goals including the game winner with 10 seconds to go putting them into a preliminary final and going on to win the premiership. Also the iconic commentary, “I see it, but I don’t believe it!” The banner and all it was just so iconic. But you probably disagree with me because you would have loved that Dom Sheed goal preventing the pies to win the premiership 😆 but that’s just I think...

Matera's 5 goals performance from the wing in the 92 GF absolutely dwarfs Jarman's. As does Nick Davis's efforts. DJ kicked a couple of snaps and a walk in. Anyway Dom Sheed's goal and Leo Barry's mark are the clear stand outs.

I'm a tiger's supporter but I think that Nick Davis should have won this just because of how he kicked that last goal in the dying seconds of the game you have to pay respect to his performance the others were good but it's alot harder to kick a number of goals than it is to do one thing or two like some people jarmen was a gun but it was different as he was at full forward and luck had alot to do with his goals two of them were given to him on a platter Davis on the other hand worked his but off.

Leo Barry’s famous Mark is it part of Australian football folklore. Not just the mark itself, but the fact that it ended the longest premiership drought in football history. Adding both of those factors together, it should’ve been number one. As my logo shows I’m a Swans fan. However I believe many supporters of other teams would agree with me on this one.

That's part of the reason why it's in the top 10, along with Boyd's goal. Both ended droughts that were the longest in footy history, as the Swans had 72 years and the Bulldogs had 62 years (it had been 55 years since their last appearance in a GF). Right now, St. Kilda holds that record.

I know North Melbourne doesn't have too many moments, especially post 1999 that are available for this, but Petrie's punch celebration in the 2014 elimination final against their biggest rivals in a comeback is surely worthy of a spot. My top picks are without a doubt Nick Davis and Dom Sheed. Two of the greatest moments in AFL and sports history in general.

Hey it's his list, but Jarman at #1 make's it all null and void Personally I don't think Dom Sheed is even top 5, he kicked an awesome goal in a clutch moment to put them up by 4pts, but he only finished off a great passage starting with Mcgoven(sorry if names wrong) Sheed kicked a nice straight kick, but with 1:45 left the pies still had a chance to win. His goal eventually wins the flag, 12 years after there last. I think Leo Barry should be No.1, After a terrible kick out of defense from Leo, he marks the return kick in front of 3 Eagles with hands like a vice in the last play of the match. Wining the Swans the flag 72 years after there last. there are many reasons Leo Barry's mark is the greatest moment, to have it behind Lockett and Nick Davis is weird. If they didn't win the 2005 Granny, then Nick's goals aren't worth as much, the same as losing to North in 96 GF makes Lockett's point not as special. How can Darren Jarman be No.1 A six year old Club, made of the best South Australian footballers, ends up Running over a St. Kilda team that hadn't even made the finals for last 5 years, to easily win there first flag and Jarman fills his boots....No one except Adelaide fans would have that in the top 50.

Jarman kicked 5 goals in the last quarter of the grand final, he won Adelaide the grand final off his own boot and putting a midfielder in full forward was unheard of in that time and it payed off perfectly

Where is Damo's head? The greatest acids tests that depict how great a moment is, has to be the people's response. With Nick Davis, the crowd went nuts, the commentators could bearly speak, and the responses from the comment below clearly put Davis #1 and Leo Barry 2#. Can someone give me a better acid to determine the truth than letting the multitudes decide versus one man's opinion? P.S. Damo, I think you are a good guy, but you got this list wrong with too much focus on the GF and not the actual moment.

I'd put Davis above Barry but I agree either or. And definitely Sheed above Jarmen as well. Sure it was an impressive moments but hardly one of the most recognisable moments. Everyone knows "you star" and "i don't believe it". Who is quoting DJ's goals? that play resulting in Sheed's goal is just an instant classic. Any of those three should've been one.
