Dragon player misplaying at 14:25. He uses URGGG to cast Terror of the Peaks, needs RR to cast that card, though. Doesn't really matter in this game, though, as just tapping differently he could still cast Terror of the Peaks and Simian.

I feel like the Myrrim deck wasn’t built properly. I built one with the orb mana rocks and staples like terror and goldspan and it’s fantastic. Mana dork don’t do much for ya early game and in my experience once you play a big threat someone board wipes and there goes your extra mana

We are playing cedh here, the dorks are really needed because they are much faster than any other form of mana ramp. We wouldn’t be able to keep up with the rest of the table if we were playing 3 cmc rocks. People also don’t run many board wipes in competitive so it’s a non issue most times

Jared deserves to lose. Counter Minsc and Imperial Recruiter while two other players are building a boardstate.

Normally I’d agree with you but I think they were both actually fine counterspells. If Minsc resolves the Boo is gonna tear Tasha apart. Mana drain hitting the imperial recruiter is strictly to get as much mana as possible for his ad naus that’s about to happen on his turn. He had Fierce Guard/Mana Drain/Force of Will/Pact of Negation all in hand. Glad he lost still but I don’t think him countering anything else leads to different outcome for him lol
