As a jennie biased blink who watch blackpink performances since 2017 i can totally agree with all the things you said about jennie. I miss her younger version who is on fire when performing. In last years seeing her performing passionately is very rare and depends so much on her mood. I know she is capable of doing better actually. Idk if it's possible to bring it back but i would like to see her old performing quality again. It's heartbreaking to can't see it anymore.

Wow, that was interesting. Usually people don't analyze Jisoo in depth because they figure that nobody would care anyway since she is the least skilled dancer in the group. But you actually took time for her. Thank you so much ❤ I agree with what you said about the stiffness in her hips. It's funny because when dancing to HYLT I also struggle with the hip move in the chorus. i really like how you’ve highlighted the perfect balance of lisa in terms of being a dancer and a performer bc many tend to think bc you’re a good dancer it means you’re a good performer which isn’t not true. but i’d like to comeback to something you’ve said about her and ppl thinking her long limbs can be seen as an issue and actually you’ve got it wrong most people say lisa has an excellent control of her body despite having long limbs since it’s harder for taller ppl to dance and lisa has mastered it according to lots of professionals and dancers youre the first one who’s said the opposite im surprised

Oh I think you misread it? This is what I was trying to say; I remembered watching bp dance rankings with explanations where they stated Lisas long limbs would often become an issue in dancing and result to an awkward execution. I "disagreed", but I didn't ignore the statement cause it is partially true. From my point of view, Lisa has extremely well body awareness, meaning she knows about her weakness and strengths, and she "works" on her weaknesses. That's my opinion. I apologize for the confusion.

I always thought jennie had potential for groovy dances and as for her inconsistency I just think she lost her spark,she doesn't enjoy performing as much as she used to back then,she def still got it but she only brings out the beast when it's big stages or stages with many fans it,I def think she has the best stage presence in bp when she is ON lol,hopefully one day she will bounce back 100%. I personally don't like Rosé's stage presence bc I think she doesn't do much but stare at the camera,tho she is def consistent in energy,I just want more facial expressions that are more in your face lol. As for jisoo I think her stage presence has gotten better,she is lovely to look at tho she can def improve even more. As for lisa she is just an amazing performer,I love her stage presence,she is confident and fierce,you can never get bored looking at her and ofc she is a good dancer as well(now this was a bit long lol).

Thinking about it now: Would you ever consider ranking the members of 2NE1? Even tho they were never know as a "dancer group", they were the leader when it came to stage presence! And at least Minzy and CL are really good dancers. Would be so excited to see!

Excited here are my guesses for 1), 2),3) and 4) 1) lisa no doubt 92 I think she will be above 90 due to her performance quality and she has shown improvement in terms of torso control although it's a little bit but she shown but i think she can go till 95 but due to her stiffness she will be behind 2) Jennie 75 I think she will get more points in body control than rose and in performance quality too cause bp performance quality is unbeatable and 1 point for big improvement and 1 for lead dancer illusion or not 3) rose 73 She will get higest point in performance quality cause she is the best performer there not doing over facial expressions , keeping her body language strong and has fierce aura in stage but her points will be less in body control and i think she will get 1 point for lead dancer illusion cause rose first impression was very strong 4) jisoo 65 She will get high point in performance quality but she will not get high point in body control due to her stiffness but i think she will get 1point for improvement So these were my guesses on them

One thing i want to say is I'm so happy that someone can point out that Jisoo has been improving massively every comeback, I keep seeing people saying she should dance like she used to in Bitch better have my money video but that's just cause that choreography was a little harder than what's Blackpink is doing right now and the pace is kinda fast that made them think Jisoo was better back then, also one more thing, I think Jisoo has great awareness of her body line, every hand shape she does looks pretty neat and also, in Pink Venom, the first "get it, get it, get it" in the chorus, I like how she was careful of her angle and made sure she turned her body sideway, I noticed this when I was watching their personal Pink Venom challenge video where they were promoting KZbin Shorts.

4. jisoo. she has grown in confidence and has shown small improvements in her dance and stage presence/performance. but most of the time she is pretty blank and boring. however her focus on the choreography does mean that she's the one member most likely to be doing each movement the clearest. there's multiple times where she is more clean, precise and consistent than even lisa. i think she's fine for someone with limited training and passion. but definitely below average. 3. rose. i like her stage presence and her unique flare in her dance moves. but unfortunately she's shown herself to be almost as inconsistent as jennie but without that oomf in her best days that jennie does bring. i think she has improved in dance but she hasn't really upped her performance. she relies on the same basic charms. she's my bias which is why i wish she'd show more versatility and consistent energy. she's also a little too uncontrolled. i know she's fluidity based but i believe that's partly because she's very flexible and doesn't have the strength to balance it out. she can just look a bit rushed, unclear and idk choppy (?). but she's definitely the second best dancer and sometimes the second best performer. in fact a couple of years ago i would say she could even be viewed as the best performer overall. 2. jennie. her inconsistencies are so frustrating because when she's on she's so charismatic and energetic. really confident and powerful. you can't not look at her. i know she still has it in her, i just feel like we see it less and less as her passion drops. there's a reason she was the most popular during debut. and she'd still be if she cared enough. she had the best solo, is the most appealing. 1. lisa. she's always been my least liked member as she failed to stand out much to me since she followed the same generic awkward "hiphop" type persona and i found her performances too stiff and over practiced. but i have been warming up to her especially with this new tour. she's been the only member with consistent energy and want to be there. her smiles are so bright, you can tell she loves to dance and perform for her fans. i think she's definitely improved. she's at her best when she's being herself. she fits in with the rest of the really good - the best idol performers and i lowkey wish she was either solo or in a better group where she could shine more with more releases and challenges. she seems the most fitted to idol life. and she is a fairly solid idol dancer. she's no longer as stiff which means her style doesn't put me off as much. though i will say her coaching was awkward and if she wants to do more dance stuff outside of kpop then she should train more. become more versatile. because ngl some of her backup dancers do better than her. as a group they fall behind because one person (lisa) can't carry 3 other people. i hope that they'll get more chances to redeem themselves. it is a shame for all that talent to kind of go to waste. yge do better!!! i really like where your channel is so you have a new subscriber!! this video was good.

Jisoo is Jennie's opposite. She tries to hit every move but sometimes can't keep up esp while singing. This shows that she doesn't know how to shortcut some moves. Shortcuts aren't necessarily bad as long as it's not overused. Jisoo lacks experience Jennie lacks consistency Rose lacks originality/distinguishable style. Although miss make mistakes sometimes but she can easily correct it because of her experience. Jisoo is my fave but rose is really underappreciated.

Jennies issue is her stamina which is not really fixable to be honest. She explained in a interview I think it was that she naturally has lower stamina than the other girls. She was born with it. I’ll try to find the video.

@@psychorious that was expected and unexpected at the same time cause Jennie has better body control than rose but rose is better performer than Jennie like best performer in bp and rose movement quality score she deserves that cause she can add some movement in her moves to match with beat shows how well developed her musicality is and i think you should add one more thing that rose can use heel to toe variation in playing with fire rose used heel to toe variation i hope she will improve her body control and for Jennie better body locks, pops and can look much coordinated than rose when performing with energy her inconvenience in her energy makes her fall behind and her musicality and dynamics can affect a lot i hope she wil work on it and show us improvement and i think both rose and Jennie will show us improvement in future so right now i agree with your scores but i still can't believe with lisa score like many people underappreciate her dance like i have seen may channel ranking in different categories channel and they always put lisa below yeji, jinni and jiwoo and i was like what lisa has better technique than all of them and if someone will disagree with them they directly tell that you are a solo stan or bias and if that person is correct they will like i am a trained dancer and i have ranked them on their technique can you imagine ryujin , Yuna , kyujin , haewon , jihyo , sana below Karina and Irene

For Jennie, I like her body control a little more. She's cleaner. Lisa; From their early debut area, I can't deny but she wasn't really "outstanding" with her dance skills. It looked rather underdeveloped. But I can't say the same thing now. I personally wouldn't know where to place Lisa among the other idol dancers.

I want to mention something. Lisa's arm's and wrists get tense, she also doesnt always make moves sharp enough. She lacks in versatility,she can only do hiphop(her main),heels dance, and pole dancing.A good example of a versatile dancer in kpop is Momo from twice, she can practically do any/most styles.Her isolations are not fully developed due to her stiff torso.Her footwork isnt always clean which is surprising for a hiphop dancer. She has shown slight improvement in torso control but not a major amount, personally id score her 88

@@nicolasviteri1797 nah she doesn’t. Like Momo, she keeps her torso arch for stylistic purposes, but her coordination with this area is extremely well developed even all the way back in Whistle. Her torso control was undeniably the best in Pink Venom, and her open style stuffs really show massive potential in lock, hits, and pops. That one video by KDDD back in 2020 was very misleading. While there were some truths in it, the video paints Lisa as someone with a very stiff torso who is unable to execute proper isolations or techniques with it. That is flat our wrong, especially post-Pink Venom and as we saw more of their open style stuffs
