Who's the better Fossilizer? Masterdominus or Ractonite?

I love playing with Ractonite. I like reversing the head-shoulder arm using the head as a shield to go with the tail sword.

They both have up and downs, but MD doesn't have the tail pice

Def pros and cons to both. MD doesnt have the tail, but he does have the extra limb appendages. Both great figures, but recency bias has me leaning to MD.

Got selects tricanius with the blast effects got this guy on pre order with leadfoot got impactor and spindle want to get all the wreck n rule set just missing bulkhead and twintwist

I realize it would likely up the price point, but I wish that toros could split into 2-3 parts. I would also prefer the head to be on a peg instead of a ball joint, especially with how the peg on Rac's head was built to be a connecting point. There's too much weight in that torso for that balljoint to not go all wibbly. Still fun to play with make into Cronenbergian bio-cannons.

Hey! Just a heads up! Ractonite’s frills you say are unnecessary Is Part of The Spine, It would look weird without them! Meanwhile Masterdominus Is a Mammoth not a Triceratops so he doesn’t share the same frills because he has a Mammoth spine, not a Triceratops spine.

Masterdominus doesn’t have the peg on its head but has a tighter socket by the long piece. Ractonites socket is built problematic so it’s technically useless.

Yeah, those are some of the reasons as to why I prefer MD. The socket on Rac is pretty useless. It _can_ be used, but only in certain situations. Also, it's a tad wider than 5mm, so the pegs that can fit in there often don't stay.

Master Dominous doesn't bother me as much as spindle. Except for the gold bits he looks more like a traditional fossilizer.

Yeah MD has fantastic paints apps! A great matte black offset by the gold and hidden red beneath the gills!

Ractonite because he's not apart of an overpriced two pack given all of the quality issues he and spindle seem to have. Leadfoot and impactor should've been one pack and Master and Spindle should've been the other two pack or sold separately.

That's on Hasbro haha. If I just compare bot to bot - and maybe it's recency bias - I give it to MD for the reasons I list in the video. It was super close tho! And of course, this is just my opinion :-) And I wish they'd packaged the Fossilizers together, but they prolly would've moved less product that way. Pushers gotta push!
