You forgot the "no powers equal stats part" so the ranking basically depends on technique. Sasuke is NOT a swordman. The sword to him its more like longer kunai or a deflective tool. I can agree, in the anime Mihawk have only been swinging his sword around without actually using his sword style. Destroying fleets of galleons and splitting a ice mountain just by the swing his sword. Everyone else in the vers has to use some type of technique to achieve the same result.

Lets be honest here. Sasuke is an extremally strong Ninja Prodigy with insane combat experience. Sure.... he is more of a Ninja with a Sword rather than a swordsman but no way Asta , Ichigo and even Guts is beating him. Ichigo is only able to keep up with everyone in his series because he simply overpowers them. It has been shown that side characters can be Ichigo in a no powers Sword fight. I would swap Yoriichi with Guts and put Sasuke below Yoriichi.
