But regardless I would say the same thing about someone who was sexually harassing their employees and not disclosing to romantic partners that they were married, regardless of gender. The world would be a much kinder place if everyone took this kind of accountability and displayed this type of respect after a mistake has been made and to help turn a wrong into a right for the situation at hand. Absolutely nobody on this earth is perfect, I’m sure their actions together hurt a lot of folks but this kind of accountability and respect on his end is admirable. As a mother who has had the father of my child accept parentage freely and then question it three years later and attempt to evade support, I understand some of her “digs” but he responded well even to those. Kudos, sir.

And he was NOT the father!! She was trying to make him pay support WITHOUT A DNA in return, she won't tell his wife. But he started to get real suspicious about her requests, after he said he'll pay CS as long as he's the father but she kept putting the DNA test off. That's when he realized that he believed he wasn't. He was smart, tho. He got ahead of the situation by telling his wife about it and she didn't know he already told his wife about it. So, her leverage was destroyed. And because she pulled him in court, she had no choice but to submit to the DNA test. Deep down, she knew he wasn't the father. She just thought he'll go wit the CS to keep her quiet from telling his wife but it backfired on her 😂😂😂. GRANDPA WON!!😂😂

@@Fantarchie None of the cases on support court are real. They're all actors (with possible inspiration from real cases). So given those two actors probably never slept together, I am guessing there is no kid or need for support. Until January 1st of 2023, Judge Vonda was not even a real judge. She was an attorney who just won her first seat on the bench a year ago. In other words, it's just entertainment so any conclusion you can make up in your head works as good as the one the writer would present you with if there was follow up.

Well, the case was 4 years ago, she was never featured in another video and considering how sure she was about the paternity I would guess she would've been pretty keen on showing up if he was the father. She didn't. No other videos about her or articles, i bet the paternity test was compelled by the DA's office , came with the results that the alleged father was hoping and she ended up a single mom without C/S.

i love judges like this. i've seen so many where they immediately just pounce on the guy. one stands out. this guy was told he was the father. for years he raised the kid and paid. later found out he wasn't. he broke up with the girl and left. she seeked to get child support through him. he argued he wasn't the father and had no further obligation to pay. the judge ruled in favor OF THE WOMAN because the man "was a father figure to the child." Rational fair judges are where it's at

100% agree. Tired of these cases where pay is garnished for 18yrs just to show at the end, he's not the father and can't get his money back because no such legal service exists.

The very last moments of this video show a written statement that says Vonda is not a judge but she is an attorney. It also says that the people are actors and that the case is a matter of fiction.
