@@maryelaine-blinstrubchambe6083 I've read that many shows like this are reinacting real cases. I know w judge Judy you're allowed to go for cases you present (regardless how real they are or not, some ppl pretending to have cases against their friends to get paid) but you can't take the case to anywhere else after the show due to contacts. Not sure how real this show is but there's lots of weird and wild things to entertainment business. It definitely does bring light to the reality of Parenthood and what happens when you have a child with the wrong person regardless of gender (mom/dad/etc)

It's the lack of appreciation or respect to the people taking care of their kids too. They should be embarrassed. This also explains a lot about the American school system issues (not all but one area). I'm just glad some of the kids are well taken care of - even if it isn't by their own mothers.

Just found your channel. Many years ago I fought my ex for child support. He made 5x my salary. 3 years later, 3 24 hour bench warrants, when they picked him up he blamed me. My sons were both toddlers. All I ever asked was child support. I had them on my health insurance - I was a teacher - all their extra expenses like braces, sports equipment, whatever. Never asked him for a dime. This was years before paycheck garnishment. Took 6 years before I got a dime. Actors or not, your channel shows what we custodial parents go through. Bravo!!!

My daughter's mother, 2nd wife wanted me to sign away my rights when she filed for divorce.. claimed she didn't need anything from me and it would be best. I said no and just asking me that was insulting. So in court while going over my financial affidavit the Judge order $122 weekly for 1 child. My ex then said, "your Honor, I know Jason works side jobs for cash and makes about an $200 weekly extra. Now the financial was notorized.. so from what I know that if it ain't on the financial affidavit, it isn't considered. I did do side work, but it was sporadic at best at that time. That's why I didn't declare it.. That Judge adjusted my obligation up to $182... A week for 1 child. Oh lawd... That female had that Judge wrapped around her finger. He told her step by step IN COURT how to petition the court to negate my parental rights. When my ex filed for divorce my daughter was 4 mos old.. when she was 3 the court took my parental rights. I fought 2 years.. lost everytime. My daughter is now 11... I haven't seen or talked to her since she was 3..:every day, every nite, every second I think about her and miss her.

I feel so bad for the lady keeping her kids. She was just being a kind extra supportive friend and look how she did her. I know the pain not exactly but the part about going above and beyond for so called friends only to have them betray me, it hurts. Sleeping with her man is so low down and that little 250 a week for 7 days and nights all day 24 hours a day she should be ashamed and all that attitude when she was helping her, SMDH.

If you never been in a family court case, go sit in on some cases. They are life changing to some. After 30 years working family court, these people leave the courtroom, some happy, most are visually pissed and I’ve seen grown men and women crying saying they cant afford to live the way they were living because the alimony and or child support took most of their income. Remember that old commercial saying, “It’s my money and I want it now!” This is the motto of people in my court. It’s crazy.
