Who's the Worst Character in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney?

I was surprised you did not include the characters from Rise from the Ashes like Mike Meekins or the Blue Badger.

Two question: 1. Will the jurors be the same in the next one? Or will it be different? 2. I'm guessing most of the hated characters in Justice for All are from that hated case. Am I wrong?
