SpecterDC13's shot is friggun sick. Wheelies shot is really cool too, in my own photography I love to capture lens glares with my old vintage lenses. Six Bravos shot in front of the moon is also really cool, and mimics what a very long focal length lens would accomplish. Thanks for going over some of the best shots that were submitted, it's great to see the details and beauty that other DCS pilots see in the game.

I think spot on tbh. Think it was objective and fair. Clearly number 3 was for promotional purposes. Number 2 out of those 3, but still not the beat overall.

I believe ED messed up big time here. For me, they have shown that they do not care about what the community has to say.

The winning shot stumps me, the picture could have been much better with some white caps or mild sea state, but instead the winner chose to use a default weather setting with no wind. But even if it had that change, there were much better examples of carrier operations with more thought-out composition.

@Test_Tickles Indeed. I don't mind people choosing what they like as so many others - people seem to have a problem with the issue of not sticking to the criteria.

I have said exactly the same. There were some great shots and the winner...... it's literally the worst one. Nothing interesting about it at all.

Indeed. I think if they had worded the criteria differently, then we might have understood better what they were looking for. I am not too sure what happened there.
