But the live one, she dodnt give justice but Lea sang it better in live. even the pronunciation of words, its not clear. Lea sang it flawlessly.

Definitely Lea because of how natural her Princess voice is delivered , placement and the control is truly flawless ! Idina’s voice sounds forced to become a Princess voice . Although she has a beautiful voice. You could still hear her full voice come out in between the phrases which doesn’t make it sound great . Plus it sounds more pop with her . That has always been my reaction eversince I heard it the first time . Even if Idina is the original vocals in the movie I wish Lea sang it instead. Because it sounds like they forced Idina’s voice to sing the part .

I love them both, so I won't choose. Idina is ELSA but there are parts that she chose to be safe rather that belting it out and giving out everything. I am a fan of Miss Lea but she struggle on the latter part of the song and I don't know why. But, her techniques the mix of head and chest tone was AWESOME!

In my opinion comparing these two versions is actually unfair. Idina was singing the song as herself and with the characteristics proper of her own voice (and no, when singers sing songs for film they are not singing as themselves nor using their own natural voice) aiming at giving a concert-like performance. Lea was singing the song as a Disney princess would, with those characteristics in mind, trying to give that kind of feel. Idina was sometimes flat. Lea’s voice cracked multiple times and again sometimes she was flat too. Towards the end and when going for the high notes Idina pushed really hard with her chest voice while Lea used a lot of head and mixed. Plus the tempo of Lea’s version was a looot slower than both the original and Idina’s versions which makes it a looot easier for a singer to adjust the technique while singing. Idina is unfortunately well-known for giving poor performances from time to time, but I would say this is definitely not one of those. Different singers, different aims, different approaches, differente performances and different results.

I think Lea is just singing in her natural voice, not as a Disney princess would. It's just that her voice is princessy. If you listen to les miserables or miss Saigon or any song of hers for that matter, this is her natural tone. Also I think her technique is awesome. Sadly, I like idina's Elsa voice and not her real voice. It's just too nasally and shouty for me to enjoy. Just personal preference

they are both good singer but they have different timbre. idina was more on strong while leah are on soft. And both videos was taken not on a professional camera thus sound might differ. Another note to be taken is, leah was trained on english so diction was smoother while idina sound something. In conclusion, both are good singer nad could won a golden buzzer...:)
