Luther Vandross is one of the greatest singers of love songs that ever lived!!! I grew up with his music in Los Angeles when his first album came out, it was groundbreaking!! His mix of new music with old standards​, it was breathe taking to say the least. Put on his first album and you'll feel the magic yourself.

Forgive my negligence, Luther Vandross is definitely Top 10, R&B Solo Artist (all-time), for me ! On my wall at home, my Top 5s (all-time favorites) are as follows: 1 Michael Jackson 2 Aretha Franklin 3 Whitney Houston 4 Sade 5 Kenny G; 1a Marvin Gaye 2a Celine Dion 3a Howard Hewett 4a Luther Vandross 5a Teena Marie ! Now, that's who Luther V. is to me !!! :))
