Hey Ben: so happy the way you attacked that OB 1k. And wishing you the best in the rest of 2024! I'm gearing up Indoor masters Nats in Chi-town Mar. 21-24. Doing the M60 400, 200, and going for PBs in both. Then for team points, doing the 4x8, 4x4, and 4x2. I finally got out faster in the 400 a couple of weeks ago in 31-mid, then died. Back to work.
