I admire how confident and decisive the first contestant is, even though it bit her at the end.

I'm sorry, but I find scary that neither an assistant district attorney, nor her boss, knew that the Golden Horde were Mongols. That's a scary level of lack of important historical knowledge, for two attorneys who could end up in politics.

6:12 technically all four answers to this question are not right. It was discovered that DW Griffith’s movie “In Old California” made in 1910, was the first movie to be shot in Hollywood. I do not know if the discovery was made before the taping of this episode, but I would have hoped they would allow this woman back for another 250k question.
@ladyerin971010 ай бұрын
At the time that this episode aired, In Old California by D.W. Griffith was still considered lost by many people. It was not until 2004 which was three years after this episode aired that In Old California was screened to the public for the first time in 94 years at that point in time. Once this film was discovered (or rediscovered) in 2004 and shown to the public at a film festival, then people officially said that In Old California was the first film of any length to be shot in Hollywood. In fact, The Squaw Man is actually still considered the first FEATURE LENGTH film made in Hollywood since In Old California is considered more of a short than The Squaw Man lol!! 😂 (I looked up In Old California on Wikipedia to help prove the point hopefully lol!! 😂) So, I’m betting that when this episode aired, people still assumed that The Squaw Man was the first feature length film to be shot in Hollywood since In Old California was probably still considered lost at that point in time. And the question is also kind of wrong because The Squaw Man came out in 1914 not 1913 lol!! 😂 You learn something new every day am I right lol?! 😂 Good discovery though.
