There are about 240 people in the audience, so it takes 2 votes to round up to 1 percentage point in the count. Also, and I'm not as confident about this, but B might have received one fewer vote than A. Comparing the A bar to the B bar, B might be one pixel shorter, which would mean the audience was wrong.
