She didn't make the top 10, she was a semifinalist. The judges didn't cut her, America did when they didn't vote her to the top 12 finals. She was annoying and arrogant then by talking too much about wanting to be rich and "making money." She's still annoying here.

The contestant got so lucky on so many questions but still randomly guessed on something she had no idea about. Her mom was so excited when she turned over $25,000 but she lost it all! I can't imagine how the mom must feel. And the audience contestant won just as much money as the first woman!

This show was taped in November (usually that's the month the season wraps up production). The following January was when Meredith announced she was leaving the show. So when this show was taped, she probably didn't know this would be her last.

I'm sure that Jimmy Kimmel and the others are/were good hosts, but imo, no one can ever replace Regis and Meredith. Also don't like the new stuff that they introduced sometime after Regis' departure; the original format was the best. Haven't watched Kimmel's version, either, but I heard that they brought back the original soundtrack and SFX, and that's really awesome.
