Ending the show on a cliffhanger with Vince and Drama in a jet that crashes could've been special. Ari, E and Turtle running towards the wreckage for 30 seconds then the screen goes black and credits hit. Then the movie wraps it up by saying they survived but all the headlines say "Chase Brothers in Plane Crash" instead of only Vince being in the headline and Dream gets mentioned briefly in the article.

That would have been a cool. I liked it when the show got dark in the season 7. A lot of people don't like that season for that reason, but the show had gotten tired and repetitive and it made things much more interesting.

I don't think its cuz the show got dark that season. I think its more cuz the pacing was poor. Seriously Vince went from normal to a drug addict on the edge in like 2 episodes. Plus they nuetered Ari that season terribly. And adding Scott in wasn't a good look. I dont know anybody that likes him. The show could have ended after season 6 for me.

@@anthonyanderson9303 The Andrew Klein saga really messed up most of Season 6 for me. You can definitely see a decline in the show ratings starting from about Season 5, with 7 and 8 getting progressively worse. I think it honestly depends when people started watching the show. Those who watched from the very beginning prefer the first few seasons, and those who jumped in the middle prefer the later seasons. Personally, I think Season 2 and 3 were the best. The first season had some rough writing and the actors hadn't really gelled yet.

@@cup_and_cone I agree about seasons 2 and 3. The aquaman and Medellin story arcs were the best. Plus the celebrity cameos seemed beyond forced by a certain point. They came off natural earlier in the show if that makes sense.

@@cup_and_cone yea he was a bit much. Tho I will say the one star character I did like the last couple seasons was Turtle. His character showed real growth throughout the show. I hated how the show neutered Ari. I still can't forgive that. Drama too for that matter. They were the show's best characters and got lame storylines towards the end.

Honestly entourage just proves that you don’t have to have unnecessary drama to make an incredible show. It’s entertaining AF yet doesn’t give me anxiety watching it like some shows do. But isnt as stale/formulaic as a sitcom.

I've long maintained that Drama should've been killed off earlier to give Vince an actual fall. Not getting roles etc etc got quite stale. It could've been a really interesting arc for his character IMO.

What really did he add to the story though? Aside from comic relief / pity? I liked the character, but the show could easily have worked without him after a while. And opened up new doors for plot development beyond the rather formulaic arcs it continuously relied on.

Drama was most likeable character after Ari. Let's be honest none of us watched Entourage for Vinnie. On my 3rd time rewatching the show, I actually liked drama the most and found him hilarious. I'm sorry mate you're the only one with that opinion!

@@GKFC I disagree. Drama displayed the ups and downs of what most actors in hollywood go through. For every Denzel or Leo, there's a 100 guys like Drama struggling for parts just trying to get by. He's a much more interesting character than Vince. Besides, the show is called Entourage. Vince really wasn't the main character, his friends were.
