Actually, there was a comic where starscream, barricade, brawl, blackout and bonecrusher crash landed together near an Air Force base. They destroyed it but before they did, the scanned their forms. It’s possible that they all scanned the same human too.

I have played a lot of the 2 transformers 07 DS game and in one of the missions you are Bumblebee chasing Barricade, or the other way round depending on whether youre playing on autobots or decepticons, and Barricade says 'Be on the lookout for a white male with brown hair and a moustache'. This does suggest Bumblebee had the moustache man however the game storyline in the games is very different to the actual movie.
