What's cool about the masked man is if there were ever a DLC echo fighter ballet he could quite literally be the perfect echo for Lucas. All of Lucas's normal PSI attacks can be shared with the masked man, even his up smash (to fit with the mother 3 references tho he would only use one of his hands when pulling the needle) other moves like his down smash can be the exact same or instead of 3 PSI shots he could fire 3 arm canon shots. His side smash could be a swing of his electric sword instead of Lucas's stick. And his specials can be his shield killer attacks, powerful lightning strikes, a shot from his arm canon (to replace PK fire. it functions the exact same way except with electric properties) and his robotic wings. As for final smash he could do the one hit KO lightning attack.

Bandana Waddle Dee Reimu Hakurei (Touhou Project series) Don Wada (Taiko no Tatsujin series) (as dumb as it sounds, I would love to see a character from a rhythm game who can perform better attacks if your hits on the opponents are on beat with the background music...) Arle & Carbuncle (Puyo Puyo series) I tried to include characters that I want out of my own desires rather than ones that I would like to see just so people can be happy. Like, I would love to see another Mother or Wario rep, but mainly so the fans of those underrepped series' could be happy, but I haven't really played any of the games to the end yet, so it felt like cheating to include those. Same with characters my siblings really want like Conker, Sora, or Palico & Palamute. All characters I would be hype for, but mostly I just want 'em because my siblings want 'em. I could only come up with four, it was really difficult trying to come up with a fourth one. I also tried to do one per series and one per genre for variety's sake.

Just saying, your idea for Heavy is close to BrawlFan1's moveset. Or at least the specials aside from up. (I know this came out before PJ's take on Heavy in Smash, just wanted to point it out.)

i believe that all dlc fighters will be 3rd party characters, i also believe that geno, shantae, rayman, lloyd irving, ryu hayabusa, crash bandicoot and maybe agumon, i also think byleth will only be a mii costume that comes with a music track, the masked man is actually lucas' brother clause
