Maybe you will also like to read Prophet Isaiah 9:5, where Jesus is declared as mighty God, prince of peace, wonderful councilor and everlasting father.

This is another fabulous video and message by the Messages of Christ KZbin channel. I lived and studied in Jerusalem and have had the blessing of going to the shepherds' fields outside of Bethlehem. I frequently think about the shepherds who attended Christ's birth and what they witnessed. I found the point made about shepherds witnessing the firstborn lambs who would likely be sacrificed in the Jerusalem temple, and then witnessing Christ's birth to be particularly insightful.

The meqning of the 'shepherds in the field' scenario is this: Down at Ain Feshkha, the 'farm', the pastors or 'shepherds' were meeting for the equinox. The 'Angel of the Lord' , Simeon/Simon the Essene, the Abiathar-Gabriel priest came to them & announced the new regime & that the 12 year old Jesus would continue the succession. The ministers sang a hymn of praise and declared the new policy 'peace on earth'.
