doing is 'ha-da' (하다) or can be also used in 'hae-yo' (해요) or 'ha-go' (하고) form.. meanwhile, 'ka-go' (가고) or 'ka-yo' (가요) is the other form of 'ka-da' (가다) it means go/going..

with Korean, when you have a consonant final, there is something called "end-consonant release". basically you pronounce ㅂ/ㅍ as ㅂ, ㄱ/ㄲ/ㅋ as ㄱ, and ㄷ/ㅈ/ㅅ/ㅎ/ㅌ/ㅊ as ㄷ. so all the finals are either a "p" "k" or "t" sound. its confusing at first but eventually comes. there are loads of other reading rules as well which you may want to look up such as "tensification" etc..

김상윤 i think it is because when a "lax" or "plain" consonant is beside an ㅎ, the lax or plain consonant becomes aspirated or you let air out just after the lax or plain consonant. So ㄱ will sound like ㅋ

when 's' (in Korean it's called siot, btw) were put on the bottom, it usually pronounced as 't'.. just like 무엇 it's pronounced as mu-eot.. and if it's followed by another consonant it's also pronounced as 't'.. for example 있다 (be/have) is pronounced as it-da (d pronounce a bit like t also).. but if it's followed by vocal then it's still pronounce as 's'.. 있어요 (formal structure of be/have) is pronounced as iss-eo-yo.. hope it help :D

okay, i'm a little confused. The s consonant is used in "what" but it makes the sound "moo-uht." It also happens in the native korean number system. With the number three. It's pronounced "seht" but ends with the s consonant. I don't understand it, if you can help me out that would be great :)

Korean syllables can only end in a sonorant or a plosive (unreleased in final position), that is /m, n, ŋ, l, p, t, k/. That means other sounds will have to change in final position. ᄒᄍᄄ are dropped, while others just change into the most similar sound that is allowed in final position. /s/ is a coronal obstruent, so it changes into /t/ in final position.

Their keyboard have characters on it. So like we have vows and consonants on ours, so do they-- it's just they combine their vows and consonants differently than we do. Korean keyboards are pretty cool because you can switch it to Korean or English, really useful if you're an english speaker over there.

for the Korean language, g and k is like written using the same consonant, which is ㄱ usually when it is at the beginning of a sentence, it is pronounced like 'k', and when it is in the middle of the sentence or a word, it is like a 'g'. I'm not Korean but that's something like how it is. I'm so sorry if I'm wrong or if explanation is incorrect!

I can’t figure out the pattern as to when and why the letters change sounds in different words. PLEASE HELP :) THANK YOU!
