Hey reaching out because I’m on week 12 after a wrist and collarbone surgery. Doctor said I’m doing great and could get back to work. I haven’t lifted anything heavy. How did you get back to powerlifting with a bad wrist? What do you recommend? Will the plate in my wrist come loose if I lift too heavy? Will I mess up my bone again? Not too worried on the collarbone.

All mighty fully your my biggest role model and it would make me so happy to see you with the belt. I think your best chance at beating max is with a submission like arm bar. Hes a hard guy to put a way on the feet he has very good chin and combinations but saying that you definitely have the power advantage if you stay standing. You will always have many paths to victory because you are such a well rounded fighter and such a good athlete.
