The question is who will Quarterback the Bears next season? Everyone isn't sold on Caleb Williams and too many reputable scouts had a fourth round grade on him. The Bears going from a 10 win team (Eberflus lost 3 of them) to a 4 win team (thanks to Will Levis for a win) - that may not win another game this season - justifies those scouts who said Caleb Williams wasn't worthy of a first round pick, much less the #1 overall pick. Kevin Warren is going to stop the Circle Of Failure the Bears have been on for over a decade, otherwise known as "chasing greatness" per Kaplan. Kevin Warren is going to get the Bears organization on track by reconstructing the Front Office and Quarterback position the right way by... * Firing Ryan Poles and Eberflus * Hiring HIS General Manager who will... * Hire HIS Head Coach who will select HIS Offensive Coordinator and together * Choose THEIR QUARTERBACK It's an exercise in futility to speculate on who will be the next Bears Head Coach, because Ryan Poles WILL NOT be around to make that decision. Also, Caleb Williams WILL NOT be forced upon the next General Manager and Head Coach. The CIRCLE OF FAILUE ends after this season!
