Devon isn't in super heavy weight shape to face this version of Morosov. If he loses, it means nothing to either athlete. If he wins then it kinda lessens the hype for the Petrenko match. Makes more sense to give it to Kamil who would be fighting for a ranking spot. I'd love to see Devon vs Morosov at some point but do it properly with both athletes peaking and generating hype for the match
