I think Amy will actually appear in Sonic Movie 3 because Sega has seemed to be giving her that much attention that she deserves and having her attitude to be like not chasing Sonic anymore (if the Sonic fans were smart enough to stop pretending that this is the past). So they're definitely going to add her in Sonic movie 3 and I think the perfect voice actor for Amy is obviously Cindy Robinson because she is the OG Amy Rose. She did a good voice impression of her.

There's another actress who would do a fantastic job voicing Movie Amy Rose: Haley Tju. She's got that bubbly, cute and sassy tone to her voice. Unfortunately she's pretty much a voice actress and not that big of a celebrity despite being a part of some live-action roles. Watch Amphibia and you'll see why.

Eight of your choices are great, but I'd also add Stephanie "Sugar Lyn" Beard as a potential voice. Amy Rose is 13 years old, and sense Paramount may want her to be an amalgam of her previous portrayals, I think Sugar would be idea. She'd be able to sound young, mature and energetic, and she has experience in voicing female protagonists or side characters in movies and TV since she was 19 and cast as Sailor Mini Moon/Rini in the Cloverway dub. What made me think about mentally casting Sugar in the role is that, back when she was still credited as Stephanie Beard and living in Ontario, she voiced a lot of young adolescent heroines or side characters who, despite their appearance, were powerful or heroic and an inspiration. I knew Stephanie best as the voice of Kara in Teletoon's original series Di-Gata Defenders, but she also voiced Rini in Sailor Moon during its third and fourth seasons, Wish Bear in the two CGI direct-to-video Care Bears movies (with the starring role in Big Wish Movie), Ming-Ming in Beyblade G-Revolutions, and etc. In a way, Amy is a mix of those characters I mentioned, plus their greatest strengths. Amy Rose is the most popular, iconic or well-known female Sonic franchise character because she's in a league of her own; she's a lover, fighter, a cool kind of nerd, a peacemaker, sister, friend, adventurer, and she overcomes adversity in many forms. Team Sonic wouldn't be complete without her Piko Hammer, and, even without it, Amy proves that she's more than just a pretty face and doesn't always need a man to save her, and I think Sugar's voice performance could help the chapter make a smashing cinematic debut in the most caring and awesome way, as her range can cover all those parts of Amy's personality.💕
