Hey, thank you for running the contests, and taking your free time to make these videos. I know you were busy, but I think I really would’ve made a difference if you would’ve at least made an announcement video that the contest was going to be starting; even if it didn’t have all the bells and whistles that your videos normally have. I luckily managed to learn about it through a friend, but I almost didn’t get to participate as I was waiting for the video to appear announcing the contest. Anyways, congratulations to the winners! It was a tough competition.

Thanks for the feedback! I did do a video announcing the contest, but perhaps you may have missed it - it can be found here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gaGUlWyqg9tnnbssi=qFzFkonmi5eoEHNh

Every contest I think I’ll take part but every time creativity leaves my body. The next contest sounds VERY interesting

Ngl all 10 of the models shown are freaking beautiful, they were almost all at the same level. Gj guys. (For the video it would be nice to see a front and also a back pic of the models, and maybe present the prize in a better way then a word file😅)

I don't have many bionicle parts, so I'm really excited for the mystery challenge

Congrats to all applicants, this was great! And can’t wait to see what comes next! Also on that note, how obscure and thorough do you think you’ll get with these fanon contests in the future? Been Craving a Johmak model for years now because she’s the only named member of the Order that doesn’t have one, but my hopes haven’t been very high for it lmao

Anyone else feel kinda depressed about not even making it through the first round and not even getting movie maker clip, before the 10 that got this far, makes me depressed not gonna lie, I tried my in the limitation I have. Doesn't help that you can't see how many voted after they are out, so I feel like I never had a chance because I am new, have limited part and creativity, it demotivates me because in the end those who are not the 10 are forgotten and never mattered.

I feel you. I also never built MOCs before, which is why I feel like I wouldn't even win the first round of voting for the Fanon contests.

Not everyone has the same level or same kind of creativity, and that’s ok. I consider myself fairly competent and talented builder, but when I look at some people’s stuff I can still get discouraged, comparing myself to them. (people in the Bionicle space I particularly look up to are Wombat Combat Pictures & Buukey.) And tbh, I didn’t enter some of these contests because I felt like other people would knock me out of the water. But hey, ultimately that’s the name of the game. Contest are meant to find the best of the best, what people like most from what’s available. The Cool thing is that you put yourself out there in the first place, as most people don’t even do that. They tell themselves they’re not talented enough, or they have too limited time or parts supply, yet you did it anyways. Yes, I definitely get it is discouraging. But, as I study other peoples building techniques, and work with the parts I have to find new and unique ways to use them, I slowly but steadily leveled myself up as a builder. And a huge part of my growth was I got constructive criticism from another Bionicle builder. As crushing as it was sometimes hearing his honest feedback, & as a result of opening myself up, I have now been able to create many contest worthy pieces. Hope this helps my friend, and don’t stay in this discouragement for too long.

@gray1013 I did try and because of past bad experience all I can assume is that people skipped it, but I can't say if that's the case which is rather depressing. I think I did my best, I am proud of the hand design based on an unused concept, as well as how I integrated the HF2.0 chest armor on the inika chest armor. I did upgrade it and give it a stand, looks very cool.

The top picks were my least favorite. Too detailed and overly designed...
