How do these restaurants work? Do you pay an all you can eat price and order things, but you can also pick the plates on the conveyor belt?

sarah soffe as far as I know, each plate cost around ¥100, you can order through the screen or wait for the conveyor belt. but the colored plate cost more.. and when you finish 5 blue plate, you can win gacha pon from above the table. But people not always wins.
