I have seen some confusion, so I would like a minute to clarify how this video correlates with the channel ending. It is not our final video being posted, we still have several that have been animated and are close to being able to be posted. That said, it is likely our last video with an analysis, so it IS the last Smash Bracket video as you know it, unless something changes. I hope you all enjoy this video and those to come until we have posted our backlog! _ I also want to give a massive shout-out to Tretoonzz on our team, who edited this video, animated in it, and all together helped everything come together. @@EthanEtongue Death Battle already proved its likely Mario. Even with the buffs Sonic got thanks to Frontiers, it also showed that Super Sonic has limits to how “invincible” Super Sonic is. And Mario can probably pierce it as well.

I'm sorry, but what's the point of the series without the analysis? Moreover, while other series have done analyses as well, they often come to different conclusions due to differing methodologies or just interpretations. And then there's the fact that the character(s) I've really been waiting for have _never_ appeared on any other similar channel, and I'm really interested in seeing how she/they would be described in a format like this. The fact that the bracket was established ahead of time means I could be confident that they/she would eventually show up, but now that's being called into question. Edit: Ok, I looked at the already completed animations. Guess I won't be seeing them in a crossover comparison after all, with _or_ without analysis. Not even my _second_ most anticipated fight made the cut. Guess that's what I get for being a fan of a more niche series.

Damn they hit us with "Smash Bracket is ending" into immediately posting one of the best voice acted and animated Smash Bracket episodes to date. I really hope Smash Bracket gets revamped or ends up just being a wait and downtime rather than a true "end" in the long run, but in the end it's all about the creator's wellbeing. Hope everything goes well for the whole team moving forward.

I am just now realizing, that this is the last time I will ever hear Ink say, "AND THERE YOU GO!" at the end of every episode. Shit. It's hard to come to the conclusion that this series that means everything to me is ending. It feels like it just started. Part of me wishes that someone else could fill Ink's shoes and continue this fantastical series that his creativity has spawned into existence, but I don't think that could happen feasibly, due to monetary reasons, and mountains of other issues. Something tells me Patron isn't capable of propelling this on its own. This reminds me of how much Ink has done, how hard he has worked, and how many people he has supported through his sheer passion... and, likely empty wallet. Selfless. I'm so very glad that he is on his journey to self-healing. My only real regret is not being able to work with the team. It was my dream to contribute in that way someday. Maybe someday, years from now, someone will be in the position to take up the mantle. It's a fool's dream, of course. Still clinging to SmashBracket subconsciously. I'm certainly in denial. I don't know exactly what I'm trying to say but, I guess what I really mean, is thank you for inspiring me. It's been a hell of a ride- and there you go, I'm crying again.

I love how much of a stomp this was. Especially since most of the time luigi was just confused and wanted to go home, he wasn’t even trying to hurt Simon (end of battle). Heck, the post fight analysis stated it clearly, the moment luigi goes on the offensive it’s over.

The analysis section is interesting, because it seems like a massive flip from the original analyses that specifically ignored some of Mario's feats that gave Luigi this easy win. I guess Mario and Luigi are just impossible characters to pin down, and someone is going to get mad no matter what power level you put them on. They're just so inconsistent depending on the game, so you can make the argument for whatever power level you want. For better or worse, you definitely changed your philosophy behind researching these characters as the series moved on. That said, sad to see this channel is ending. I really enjoy the idea behind it and I've had a fun time watching all of these episodes!
