iirc Raiden and Wanderer’s breath doesn’t show up in Dragon spine cause they are technically robots, so clothing doesn’t matter cause they don’t need to stay warm but if they were just regular humans they are turbo dead Also love that Deyha is low tier but she is my go to for exploring dragon spine cause of her healing passive

My man diluc being the most protected for the cold doesn't surprises me, he's traumatized asf, his father died to a fatui invention, wanted to get revenge so then he went ALONE to snezhnaya because favonius knights didn't wanted to help him (from there his hate towards them), he almost died, and he was rescued by anonymous, i'm pretty sure i didn't missed something too important, but poor diluc has passed through everything, and i got him with his weapon, i'm affortunate to have one of my fav characters (i also want zhongli, but that's hard)

Have to disagree on Navia. She has metal around her thighs. Because of that her femoral arteries will chill in an instant, and this is a really big problem. Definitely For the wolves tier Also, i would change some characters based on my experience (of wearing a t-shirt in Moscow in -15). Basically you need to cover your torso up to your neck and especially your back first, then your legs up to the knees (you can get away with something light, it just needs to be covered by at least something), then your hands from shoulders to elbows, then everything else. Not covering fingers is fine for a short term as long as you move them or do something using all your fingers (works fine for multiple hours, then you may have a problem), not covering your head is no problem at all, unless you have a combination of high humidity, strong wind and temperature -10 and below (but to be fair no one in genshin could survive this combo), so covering your head is rarely an excuse to put somebody a tier above.

not surprising that the top characters are all guys, even when we get to Snezhnaya the new girl characters will probably all be wearing dresses with lots of exposed skin, for obvious reasons, but it will be interesting to see exactly what kind of style of clothes they'll wear. Also, i'd argue that Noelle might be dressed fairly warmly depending on what kind of padding her armor has, i'd personally put her in might last a day.

It's generally a bit unfair to just toss people from warmer climates (like Liyue) into the frozen north. Even Childe isn't wearing a winters cloak, despite being from Snezhnaya (how tf do you spell this place?) and even commenting on how people would freeze at home if they would stop moving. (He'd probably just drop dead from heatstroke in the Sumeru desert though) It would be a fair balance to rate them if they had somewhat appropriate clothing, especially towards the women. A pampered high class lady/dude would do way worse, despite some heavy cloaks, in the northern outback than somebody who does alot of outdoor stuff.

i think maybe something missed here is that certain characters with more material could theoretically cut it up to protect the spots with the least clothing. not sure how easy it is to do that in the wilderness, but it's just an idea (for example razor could position his jacket over the front of his torso)
