I want to know if the people who now own that vineyard are still in the family line? Are they related to this actress?

We all have 64 x7 grandmothers. Odds are one of them did something special, different or scandalous..

I don't want to be pedantic, but I think you mean: We all have *a* *maximum* of 64 x7 grandmothers. After 7 generations, you have lost all sense of how many hundreds of distant cousins you are walking past in the street every day. Given the nature of expediential expansion within each generation, and the fact that until recently people rarely moved away from the area they grew up in, it is fairly certain that a great many people have unknowingly met and married people with whom they share a x6 grandmother. Their children would have maximum of 63 x7 grandmothers. And that is if it only happened once. The reality is that the number would almost certainly be far lower, especially in sparsely populated areas. I know that is not the point you are trying to make, but your opening premise is unsustainable.

@@emdiar6588 the reality of it is that our ancestors didn't have last names until about 1300 a little sooner for the royals so we do not have as many ancestors as one might thing but many men did get around the village kind of a type of breeding service if you will and created many illegitimate children as many dna tests are now proving and many more females cheated much more than people once thought ? It seems the forbidden seemed more desired by those who had no self mastery over their own bodies or senses. Much like today don't you know? It seems the more the laws and society said NO to something , the weakest people found it more exciting to do it on the low low.

So there are not as many ancestors as their are people are the earth right now.

@@emdiar6588 You have 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 greatgrandparents , 16x2 greatgrandparents, 32x3greatgrandparents, 64x3grandparents, 128x5 grandparents and 256 x6 grandparents so that means 512x7 greatgrandparents and half of that grandmothers (256). I think he is right but the number is not 64 imo.
