I agree! But, this misson is suposed to be done about level 24, not in level 35. More exp. should be earned, so, its a good hint!

It’s so easy to gain xp anyway by playing through the story. This looks so jarring

But you need to do this 25 times to get 1000 xp, and after certain level you need 2000 xp to get to the next level, so - 50 times

Im on the highest difficulty, and after finishing all the DLCs the side quests in Toussaint are too easy because of my high level. And I didn't use any bugs.

That much running for 40 exp sounds extremely mundane. Either play the game and get exp anyway or just use cheats at this point. Since it's a single player game, neither is a bad option, even though playing the game is more fun obv
