I eat it as a mash, or as a part of my soffritto mostly. Love it. Adds great depth to dishes

I can't wait to try this tomorrow--I ordered two big celeriacs alongside my boxes and regular stuff, and I'm super excited to get into them!

That looks well Tasty and definitely one for me as I love Celeriac. I was talking celeriac with a lady who has never eaten it and recommended it to her.

Wow. That's something new. I love to grate celeriac and mix it with some mayo and black pepper. That is making a super delicious spread. Just smear that on toast and dinner is ready.

Hi I just 'happened' upon your you tube after putting celeriac in the search. it looks and sounds wonderfully amazing - I'm oil free/ fat free so I'll be trying my usual frying with a tiny drrop of water and I just love coconut balsamic vinegar and amino acid as my salt - too late today but will let you know how it turns out. Thank you for being a U.K. cook just for a wee change { xxx}💜

I bought my first celeriac a few weeks ago when other vegetable options were limited in the supermarket. I was nervous about cooking with it, but followed your instructions (substituted honey for mustard as that's what we had in) and I'm happy to say it turned out pretty well! Thank you so much for demonstrating the recipe.

Looks great! am preparing *right now* the celeriac like you do. am cooking for 6 tomorrow evening. I will serve the celeriac pieces (reheated in a pan with bit of oil.... or butter?) as 1st dish.....will see if I get a nice broth from the burned skin (plus a potato).... if yes, will make a cream of it to serve with. Thank you for the inspiration !!!

Just grown a load of celeriac. I’m prob going to cook it in the slow cooker for 8 hrs as it will be cheaper . Then fry it

Hi, I will try it .Never tasted or used celery root but they bringed it to me and now must find a way to cook it. Just a question. What oil can use? Olive oil ,sesame or sunflower oil?

Seen another guy saying to just eat the skin! Is putting the salt on at this stage really necessary? Just add it after and don't waste the skin.
