Hello from Denmark. We loooooove remoulade in Denmark. We love a product we call remoulade and you can buy it everywhere next to ketchup and mayonaise. Danish remoulade is very heavy on the sauce, and the celery has been replaced with chopped pickles and capers. Turmeric gives it a yellow color which is very important. I have no idea how it evolved from your version, which undoubtedly is the original.

Interesting recipe! I never had a celery root salad! However, 200 ml of oil seems awfully a lot for one portion, isn’t it? or have I misunderstood something? Thanks! ❤
