I fair enjoyed your video. But a lump of beef? Which cut is that? My wood grill (my 3rd ninja) is on order. Might want to get an instant read thermometer. You even get wireless probes which can stay inside during cooking.

Good to see Mrs T looking so well again. Great demo and very tempted to buy one. Just thinking that it may be worth seasoning chicken to add improved flavour to meat. I put butter, salt, pepper mix under skin so in direct contact with breast and find it adds so much more flavour to the chicken 😋 Looking forward to seeing more of your great content into the summer. No. It’s fine. The smoker option automatically goes from igniting the pellets to smoking. The other options goes through preheating then prompts you to add the food.
