2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp food colour
1 tbsp heaped tandoori masala powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
