1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp food colour
1 tbsp heaped tandoori masala powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter

Helo from Fiji - I tried this tandoori receipe and it turned out delicious - my husband and mother-in-law loved it. I kept the chicken in the fridge overnight after marrination.
