Thank you for posting! I did a Pomodoro with you, deep cleaning the kitchen. I use eyeglass spray and paper towel on the stove's back dial plate (yours doesn't have one) and hand sanitizer on the grunge area behind the faucet. Regarding the cast iron pan, when I use it as a casserole dish, I put in a sheet of aluminum foil first for an easy cleanup. When I use it for frying, I clean it by boiling water in it and using an pancake turner on whatever got stuck. I scub the pan with a little water and coarse salt , give it a rinse and a final wipe, then heat it on the stove to dry: No soap! (Well, a tiny bit, once in a while and very quickly, using a lot of water and no soaking. "It's a Southern Thing" has an episode of what happens if someone runs the pan through the dishwasher and it isn't pretty 😢)

Cast iron can be used with soap as long as the soap doesn’t have lye in it. That’s what damages the iron.

None of my business and I'm not trying to be mean. I'm concerned that either Mini or her bowls are within misting distance when you are spraying cleaner. Reminds me of what they say about a toilet flush. It sprays a fine mist 6 feet from the toilet in all directions. Loving and learning from your channel. Thanks!

Quick tip (?) regarding your wet dust vent issue at the end - maybe just wipe with the cloth first to "dry" dust, before spraying and wiping wet (with the other folded side). Cheers!

I hand clothes on hangers on shower rods in both my bathrooms, on door hooks or rods. When i wash towels, i take them over my daughters or mom to use their dryer.

We hang dry shirts with graphics because dryers cause the graphics to fade & disinigrate. Plus, we hang dry my delicate shirts that have lace or other frilly bits. 👍💞💜

Hello cast iron i usually wash with sometimes no soap. An just a few drops of oil on it when ur done washing it dry it put an rub the oil into it an put away. Evryone thinks it hard to keep but ive have had my pan know for 26 urs now... I will pitch a fit iffn someone uses it. I have other pans.... 😂 ❤ heeheehee an when it needs a good scrub put some salt into the pan. An scrub it with a scrubbie an oil it down when ur done... ❤

Cars are high. Buy used a few years old. Check insurance company before purchasing to see what insurance rates on it will be. Foreign make cars are higher. So are sports cars obviously. If a middle aged woman is the main driver and no accident records for her, she will get lowest coverage price for being the main driver. Anyone below 25 years old pays much more. If male, the cost is even more. Also, minivans are great for hauling kids back and forth to college. Can really pack it in.

I’m really interested to know why in the USA you don’t line dry more. Everyone seems to have a tumble dryer, which in a place like Florida seems madness, let alone the damage, using all that electricity, does to the environment.

That’s a good question. We probably should! I try to dry things like swim suits, pool towels, rugs, etc. on my balcony if it’s warm enough (I live in a state with snow). But a tumble dryer is just so much quicker and more convenient than having to individually pin up each and every shirt, sock, underwear, etc. in each and every load.

I do both. But many folks are in apartments without outdoor space to hang entire loads, or have rules that restrict hanging laundry in visible areas. What do you all do when the weather is wet, if you don’t have dryers?

I am not able to clean like you did on floor around windows and can't reach also due to osteoarthritis and poly arthritis. Also I have left heel spur. I used be able when I was younger. Now I can't do that anymore. I can do it in different ways without getting down and up.

I’m in contrary absolutely scrub daddy sponge fan, not a scrub mommy. Actually they have gray and white scrub daddy with improved texture. I think Target has it. Don’t like scrub mommy because of the foam side, it gets dirty and nasty for me. Love your videos 👍🌺🌼🌸
