2 kilo of White Glutinous Rice
1/2 kilo of Purple Glutinous Rice
3/4 kilo Of Brown Sugar
1 tbsp of Salt
5 whole coconut
Ginger
5 cups of Coconut water or plain water
Banana leaf

I made this one twice and it was delicious! Today I'll be making this again for the coming Christmas party. I tried putting them in the freezer after wrapping in banana leaves and then boil them for an hour while it's frozen on the day when you serve it. The result is the same and I am so thankful because now I know I can make this way ahead of time and boil it when we are craving for it. Thank you Dai Allyn for this recipe!
