Very nice and relaxing, but plantar fascitis is not "muscle spasms" it's when the fascia gets irritated and inflamed. Not trying to be rude :)

How interesting, thank you for your comments. I’ve done some research into this following your observation and, although I agree that inflammation would seem logical, ‘Plantar fasciitis is a disorder of the insertion site of the ligament on the bone characterized by micro tears, breakdown of collagen, and scarring. Since inflammation plays either a lesser or no role, a review proposed it be renamed plantar fasciosis.’ Interesting also that the cause is unclear and treatment often lacking. Thanks again, I found this very informative.

Is the first thing you’re using a proprietary mix or are they 3 separate ingredients?

If you’re talking about the mix that Nadine inhales from my hands, they are three separate essential oils. Cornmint, sweet marjoram and lavender 💕 Excellent head clearing remedy.
