Ingredients
For kulcha dough:
Wheat Flour - 2 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup approx.
For potato filling:
Boiled potatoes, grated - 2 cup
Onions, chopped - 1 nos
Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin and coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Plain salt - 1/2 tsp
Chaat powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
For imli pyaaz ki chutney:
Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
Plain salt - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Chaat powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin and coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Onion, chopped - 1 small size
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 1/2 tbsp
Boiled potato, chopped - 1 nos
