[Ingredients] 1 Loaf Pan, 4.2" x 7.7"x 4.4"
125g whole wheat flour
125g bread flour
20g sugar
3g dry yeast
3g salt
160ml water
40ml heavy cream
20g unsalted butter
[Instructions]
1. In a large bowl, put all ingredients except unsalted butter, and mix well.
2. Transfer the dough onto a kneading board, knead it until it becomes smooth. Add butter, and knead it until it becomes elastic.
3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
4. Gently press the dough to release the gas in it. Divide the dough into 2, shape each dough into a ball, and give the bench rest for 10 min.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Fold the long side toward the center. Roll from the end of the short side. Pinch the end of the dough with your fingers to seal it. Place the rolled dough into a butter greased loaf pan.
6. Cover it and let it rise until it rises to the height of the pan.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C/390°F for 25 min.
