Fun fact: the AWP was developed by Accuracy International, who at the time were 2 guys in a shed. When the AWP was adopted by the british military as the L96A1 they told the 2 guys that they would send an inspector to Accuracy International's factory. The 2 guys promptly rented a warehouse and filled it with desks covered wit spare parts to make it look like it was a manufacturing centre, and when the inspector arrived he took one look at it, marked it off and told them "that's all we needed to see, we were just making sure you weren't 2 guys in a shed"

Stuff you Missed: *Huntsman:* Not entirely an "origin" thing, but the view-model for the Huntsman was originally going to be left-handed. *Sydney Sleeper:* The gun is technically not a gun; rather, it's a pneumatic dart gun. (That black thing on the rear is an air tank.) Also, the weapon has a custom reload animation (see the TF2Wiki), but for some reason Valve didn't implement it... *Machina:* The name of the weapon is based off he name of the game it originates from (Deus Ex); both are based off the phrase "Deus ex machina", or "God out of the machine". *Self-Aware Beauty Mark:* The name is based off a quote from the Medic in Expiration Date. *Jarate:* The item was announced on April Fool's Day, 2009. Naturally, a lot of people took the announcement as a joke at first. Also, nobody has ever _directly_ proclaimed the jar is full of urine; even the comic "The Insult That Made a "Jarate Master" Out of Sniper" only mentions that Sniper's kidney tripled in size. *Cozy Camper:* The item was actually originally designed as a backpack item for the Engineer. It was eventually transferred to the Sniper before it was submitted to the workshop. *Kukri:* Sniper's version actually more closely resembles a bolo knife; kukri's generally have blades with a sharper angle and more curved blade. *Tribalman's Shiv:* The creator originally wanted a custom animation: when the Sniper performed a critical hit, he would swing the blade in a manner that had the jagged edge strike the enemy directly. However, he did not make the animation, and Valve didn't bother to either, so it never came to be.

The two bow models are left handed, if I'm not mistaken. A right handed bow has the arrow rest on the left hand side, while a left hand bow has the arrow rest on the right side like we see in game (or at least in the video, idk if the arrow is a separate object the video creator positioned incorrectly). Though some eastern shooting styles rest the arrow on the same side of the bow as the handedness of the shooter, so I suppose sniper could be using one of those?

Most Jars are made by the company Ball who also did so back then so assume it's one of those
Things you didn't mention about the Classic - not only does it share its design with the TFC Sniper rifle, but also the Automatic Rifle (since they were technically the same weapon). Additionally, it shares its playstyle with the Sniper Rifle from TF Classic, right down to the gibbing, but the TF2 version lacks the cripple mechanic that the TFC rifle did. You also forgot to mention the smaller receiver bit and the larger muzzle thing compared to the G36, and the larger scope in comparison to the TFC rifle. And last but not least, you didn't say that the Classic is the best weapon outright in Team Fortress 2, or video games in general for that matter.

I found a picture of it three or four years ago on Googel, with a title along the lines of "Als .22lr machinegun/machinepistol", and a website that, if I remember corectly, had a collection of several homemade guns with pictures and some data about them. Now I can't find it anymore. It might obviously have been a fake, but it looked pretty legit. The barrel was much thinner, the sights where much smaller and it had a metallic/stainless steel look to it. Any hints or info about it are much appreciated.
