Whoopie Pie Filling for Restaurants & Food Service

Basic Foodservice Whoopie Pie Filling
For every 1/4lb of butter...
Add 3/4cup Powdered Sugar
8-9oz Marshmallow Fluff
Splash of Vanilla Extract
