Color change👍. What a beautiful smallmouth at 3 min. That’s cool with the yellow on the black loon plopper. Gotta love the strike after the lure lands. All those smallies were beast💪🏻. Nice mix of lm and sm. 7:15 gorgeous smallie. Yo! 🤣. Cleaning up with the sleeper on the way back. Nice lm to finish up. Great stuff Jared!!!

Sweet video. I like that you are detailed about the rod/reel/lure that you are using. Not asking you about your honey hole but what Would be good area (bank access etc) to fish Dupage River ?
@reelfeelfishing11 ай бұрын
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. It's tough to answer your question cause a lot of it is pressured from the bank. But if I'd have to say it could be Hammel woods area. Or McDowell I think is another one. Downtown Naperville has a lot of access but it's always busy on the Riverwalk. Best bet is to go during the week. Weekends can be rough sometimes with people. But it's all good stuff. There's some days I just bridge hop. All bridge areas can be good to cast a few times under. Hope this helps a little. Thank you for watching!

Where on the Duper are you fishing? I usually hit Knoch Knolls or Shorewood.
@reelfeelfishing2 жыл бұрын
I fish it from Minooka all the way to West Chicago. It's all really good fishing. Parts near West Chicago can be solid when there hasn't been rain for a week or longer. Naperville area downtown or even Knock Knolls is solid. Shorewood and the farther south the better in my opinion. The fish just get bigger down south. Thank you for watching Andy!

It's an awesome river. Some sections are great for wading but then boom an 8 foot hole comes out of nowhere lol. @reelfeelfishing2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Joe! Yeah you gotta switch it up with those fish. It's crazy what a color change can do. I'm just using some cabelas waders. The neoprene ones with attached boots. Everyone says I should have a net and I did that once but the net kept getting caught on stuff and was more of a bother than anything. So I just hope no hooks in the hand hahaha. Thank you for watching 🙌
