Yes, same! I hate to say it but it feels like HFD is almost worse because nobody takes it serious since, to them, they don’t see a rock bottom coming. Us still braving everyday life and taking care of business makes them think we’re “good”. Hoping the best for you Sis, continue to take it one day at a time. You got this.

I don't understand not believing in science but owning and operating a women's health business. Omg last night I was alone and talking to myself (not crazy) but I was saying I have HFD. I go to work everyday and the gym every other day but that’s it. I move through the motions but that’s it.
